Improving The College Experience

Struggling academically in college can feel overwhelming, but there’s a way to turn things around. Our 3-session virtual program, offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, is designed to help you get back on track. In the first session, we’ll create a personalized study plan using Google Calendar. Together, we’ll input your classes, sleep schedule, test dates, and work out a study routine that works for you—making it interactive and tailored to your needs. The second session focuses on study skills like active recall, spaced repetition, and practical techniques such as the Feynman method, flashcards, and mind mapping. We’ll also dive into brain dumps and practice tests to reinforce what you’ve learned. In the final session, we’ll explore effective note-taking strategies, including how to complete reading assignments before class and write concise summaries afterward to retain information better. This program will equip you with tools that not only improve your grades but also help reduce stress and boost your academic confidence.
